SYNOPSIS:

Over a million bodies have been trenched at Hart Island, New York, since it was purchased in 1868. Hart Island was a Civil War camp, a quarantine station, a convalescent hospital, a reformatory, a missile launch, and others. The dilapidated buildings are still there. This story focuses on three people buried there: a 17 year old boy, a popular movie star, and a loved old woman. They became bodies of the disenfranchised.
