SYNOPSYS:

Red and Pinky Crimson have been dead a long time, but they still seek answers to life and death. This is Red’s fourth and final investigation, before he gets what he’s been seeking… eternal rest. His father has promised it to him when he is done. Red is assigned to break the secret barriers at Hidden Rock in Pennsylvania. Red enters the man made tunnel and finds the answers no one will want to hear. After visiting the president in Camp Drew and hearing what was discussed, Red walks to the top of Green Mountain to meet his father, who tells him that the lights are out now.
