SYNOPSIS:

The Strangler gets away with murder after he kills four prostitutes, one at a time and puts their bodies into a drainage ditch filled with sewer water to hide any DNA that could be found. He leaves the area right before the bodies are discovered. He goes to a house he owns near Elmer, NJ. His girlfriend and her daughter live there. He kicks them out and the girlfriend knows he killed the prostitutes because he was there at the dilapidated, drug-infected, motel where he was living at the time. The police arrive and discover sex toys and kinky videos in his car, after they discover a hidden bathroom camera he used to videotape the daughter preparing for her baths. The Strangler was supposed to get three to five years in jail for that. He did much less time. He remains a suspect in the four murders. He hated prostitutes because he thought they were corrupting Atlantic City.
