SYNOPSIS:

1958, Susan, as a child, states her thoughts on littering. In 1969, she watches the U S astronauts land on the moon. In 2019 she realizes that fecal bags left on the moon are the same as trash thrown out a car window. Litter is from the minds of ordinary people.
